How can I pay for my membership?
We only accept the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- PayPal
- Money Transfer
- GiroPay
Is it possible to pay by credit card?
- You can only pay by credit card if it is connected to PayPal.
My payment has been declined. What should I do?
- You can restart the payment by logging into MyHousing. Click on the ‘My payments’ tab and select the payment that failed. Select ‘Restart payment’. If that does not solve your problem, send us an email at info@maastrichthousing.com.
I want to transfer my membership payment. Where can I find the bank details?
- Log in to MyHousing and click on ‘My payments’. You can restart your payment here and select ‘Money transfer’ as the payment option. The next screen will display the bank details.
How long does it take for a payment to appear in the system?
- Payments made via iDEAL and PayPal are usually processed within two working days. International money transfers can take up to five days. If your payment is still not visible after a week, contact our service desk at inf.
Can I start my housing search before my payment has been accepted?
- You can look at an unlimited number of houses, but you cannot respond to an offer or request contact information. You will receive an email as soon as your payment has been processed.
